Hive is the fourth book in the Species Intervention Series. In this book we pick up right were we left off. Abby, Jose, Scotty, Echo and the gang are on a race against time to get to the hive before the world is destroyed by terrorist. Along the way we meet Johno and his heard of elephants headed to the Bronx Zoo who wind up heading to the hive as well. Will they be able to co exist in the Womb for a century? Meanwhile we meet a woman and her grandchildren who are trying to brave this new and scary world to make it to the safety of the Womb where her husband is. Will they make it, or will they die trying?

Accinni did another amazing job on this one. As with book three I began reading it at in five short hours I was done! The story just keeps getting better and better. I never expected myself to like a scifi series/dystopian series reader. However, this series has me hooked! Just like a drug I just crave more and I can't wait for the next book The One  to be released so I can see how the story ends! Who is the ONE??

Armageddon Cometh Species Ineterveintion #6609 (Book 3) by J. K. Accinni

Armageddon Cometh  is the third book in the Species Intervention #6609 series. I picks up right where book two left off. Abby now finds herself with a mission to save as much wildlife as she can with the help of Echo, and Scotty and many new people we meet along the way. We also find out the truth of Jose's past in Costa Rica and the aftermath of it.  We meet many new faces who will undoubably play a role in the next book. We also meet a very interesting Siberian Tiger names Caesar who attaches himself to Scotty and Echo and leaves us with the all important question.... Is Scotty the ONE?

Accinni did an excellent job on this one. I found myself immersed in the world of Echo and the others from page one until it ended a short six hours later on page 153. I was suprized at how quickly I read it, and with such ease. It flowed perfectly and left me wanting more. I'm so glad I have the next book Hive  to start. I have to see what happens next!

Echo Species Intervention #6609 (Book 2) by J.K. Accinni

Echo is the second book of the Species Intervention #6609 series. We pick up the story a full century from the time of Netty, Wil, and Baby. The year is 2033 and our government seems to be falling apart. Most familes are poor and welfare is cut off for anyone working. This in turn is causing some families to merge to make ends meet. This is how we meet Abby, Scotty, and eventually Jose.  As time goes on we finally meet Echo, the offspring of Baby, who has been hiding out in the Hive. Just as Baby did Echo seems to cause physical changes in her new found companions. We learn more about the Oolhan creatures and what their mission on earth may be. Yet maddeningly, its still shrouded in mystery.

Accinni's second installment in the series is much more enthralling than the last. I like how it didn't pick up on Baby's story but still has mentions of him throughout the book. It made the story more unique to me. As with Baby   I felt as though I was in the book myself and I was constanly passionate about the characters as I was feeling what they were feeling. I found myself cheering them when things were good and crying with them when things got bad. Apart from that Accinni shows her voice on may issues from politics to religion in different ways. I enjoyed this book very much, apart from a couple of scences with the villian of the book. I think Accinni is a new author to look out for, especially if you are into science ficiton! Can't wait to start the next book in the series Armageddon Commeth.

Baby Species Intervention #6609 by J.K. Accinni

Baby  takes place in Sussex county, New Jersey during the prohibition era of 1929.This is where we meet Netty who flees her abusive huband to the farm that was worked by her parents. This is where she finds Baby, an Oolahan, who has come here on a mission and forgotten what it was. They become very close as the story progeresses. Then we meet Wil, a handsome stranger who wanders onto the farm one night. As you may have guessed they fall in love. The story that unfolds is strange and unique as the charters are.

Accinni wrote the book in a way that makes you feel as though you are in it. I began to fall in love with the main characters Netty, Baby, and Wil from the start. I admit when I first started reading this book I found it slow and wondered if I could get through it. However, I soon foud myself immersed in plot and could scarcely put it down and finished it in less than two days. There are some gramatical errors here and there and I think that Accinni could have made her voice a bit stronger but it was over all a good book. If you like science fiction books I think you would enjoy it.
