Wytchfae Ruins By Flossie Benton Rodgers

http://www.amazon.com/Wytchfae-Runes-ebook/dp/B009V7FIMS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1371928599&sr=8-1&keywords=wytchfae+runes
Wytchfae Ruins is a great urban fantasy/ dark contemporary romance story. It takes place in different time zones over a thousand years, We start by meeting a viking  from ancient Norway named Ingvar Hrothson. He has been cursed by the evil witch Skada to roam the earth as a ghost for the rest of his days. Then we pick up the story by meeting Kelly O'Day, who we find out is a wytchfae(this means that she is a witch/fairy) whose job is to transition lost souls to the other side. During one of her transitions she sees the viking Ingvar and by the time she is done with the transition he is gone. Will she ever see him again? Will she be able to help the cursed viking?

I really enjoyed this book. It had so many twist and turns that it left you guessing and always wanting more. It is also a pretty quick read so you don't have to have a lot of time to enjoy it. I think Rodgers did a great job with this one. I see a sequel in the future here.

Evil Among Us is the fifth installment to the Species Intervention Series. It picks up six months after the group of survivors has been led into the hive. The survivors have fallen into a routine that is about to be shaken to the core with the arrival of Clyde's wife Lorna, his granddaughter Jennifer, and their sadistic traveling companion Seth. It seems the hive is still not rid of the evil of humanity. We learn that the occupants of the hive will be there for a century while the earth prepares itself for the animals return. "How can these human live a century?" you may ask. The answer is the womb! It is making them look younger and feel healthier as they sleep. Poor pregnant Kenya who is six months past due learns that she will not be having her baby until they leave the hive and she is determined to change it. Wil and Netty have some secrets that have been hinted at but not revealed and Baby and Echo have a huge secret of their own! How will these survivors co exist for 100 years? Who will survive until the end?
Accinni did an awesome job on this one. I found this book hard to put down once I started reading it. The characters keep developing and giving me a new dynamic to the story and their lives. Each book is better and better. I can't wait for The One to come out so I can continue my adventure. This is a series that I see myself reading over and over for years to come.

Among the Shadows (Ash Grove Chronicles #3) by Amanda DeWees

Among the Shadows is the third installment to the Ash Grove Chronicles trilogy. It as with the others picks up right where the last book left off. We start with baby Rose being born and then are thrown into an alternate reality with Tanner as his wife and child seemingly disappear! He goes to his father-in-laws home to  find his wife but history has rewritten itself and she doesn't even recognize him let alone have a newborn child with him.  He has to simply put been erased from Joys life. What has happened? Who else has been erased? Can Tanner save his family and himself, or will he just disappear?
This book was amazing! I love everything about it. The time warp and random twist throughout it left me guessing as to what was going to happen. This is a trilogy that I would happily read over and over again. Amanda DeWees is a natural story weaver from book one until the end. I still find myself wanting more of this amazing trilogy! I sincerely hope that  DeWees  is considering expanding this trilogy so I can see even more of my favorite characters!
